You subscribe to the size and style you purchase today and we will send you an email next time it's time to pick a new box. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription anytime.

The Heima Box is a curated Nordic experience that includes Scandinavian and Icelandic home decor and lifestyle items as well as hand picked goods that have a Nordic reference or you would see in a Nordic home.

  1. On the 1st of each month we will reveal the curated choices. We base them off our styles: Minimalism, Boho, Nordic Farmhouse, Eclectic  and Modern. There is also a Mystery and Build a Box options. We will send you an email with a suggestion of your choice from the earlier month. 
  2. You have until the 10th to pick your choices. No action is needed if you want to keep getting the same style or a mystery box. If you haven't picked your Build a Box yet you will simply get a credit to your account. The 11th. is the renewal date. You can always skip your monthly box too. 
  3. We start shipping your monthly box on the 20th of each month. New subscribers have until the 20th to start a new subscription for the current month. All new subscriptions starting on or after the 21st will be added to the next months choices.

Priority Shipping 2-3 days: $9.99.

Express Shipping 1-2 days: $24.99

We are in the process of overhauling our shipping policies for international shipping. If you don't see your area here please see the full shipping cost at checkout.

 

Heima Market is not responsible for any customs and duties places on orders when they arrive. 

  

Returns:

Heima Boxes and Börn Boxes can not be returned. If there is a damaged item we will replace that item. Please email us at customerservice@heimamarket.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. 

At the moment you will have to contact us directly within 30 days of receiving your item and we will refund you the items as soon as we get them back. 

Please contact us with any questions about shipping and returns. We will gladly assist you with your concerns and try to solve everything in a timely manner. 

 

Discounts:

Discounts don't work for subscriptions unless clearly stated that they are specifically for subscriptions.
